During the inspection, it was determined the programs written policies and procedures provided to the parents/guardians and employees was missing item number(s) 1, 3, 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 19, 20, 21, 23, 25, 30 below:General Information1. Days and hours of operation, scheduled closings and basic daily schedule. (update days and hours of operation)4. Staff/child ratios and group size.5.
